Notice to All Members

The Annual General Meeting of Pine Hills Hockey Club Inc.will be on 10 May 2012 commencing at 7pm

at the Sticks and Stones Pavilion (next to our grass fields),

James Drysdale Reserve, Bunya.

All Members are invited to attend.

All Positions on the Management Committee and

all Individual Volunteer Positions will be declared OPEN.

The following Motions on Notice will be tabled in Special Business

 1.  That Pine Hills Hockey Club adopts as the new rules of the

      association, the Model Rules provided by the Office of Fair

      Trading including the changes to the Classes of Membership.

2.   That the Committee of Pine Hills Hockey Club develops a set of

      written By-Laws to be adopted at the next AGM and which can

      be enacted in the interim.
