THU22 | Pre-season Fitness The fitness sessions are for those eligible to play senior fixtures in 2026.
Shannon will be running a 30 minute bodyweight circuit to help us get moving before training begins. We'll then do some hockey skills for the second 30 minutes.
We suggest activities be bought for younger children who may accompany you to keep them occupied to allow you to participate in the session fully, there will be access to the Sticks and Stones breezeway. |
